  26. BRIEFING:
  27.  
  28.     Hello again, commander, the war continues to rage on, and we have yet
  29. another mission for you.  Nod is retreating from our victory in the 1st
  30. battle (seize, another savegame by me).  We have got them on the run.  Now 
  31. for the final blow, to push Nod out of the region permanently.  The area you
  32. will be stationed in is divided in half (horizontally).  The bottom half 
  33. is home to a large compilation of advanced power plants, a hand of Nod, and 
  34. some Nod defenses.  You are in control of a small outpost on the south half
  35. of the area. Build up your forces and destroy the plants.  Also, take out 
  36. the technology center--Nod is rumored to be working on a new weapon and 
  37. destroying the center would crush these plans.  On the North side of the area
  38. lies the main Nod base.  Take it out.  Show NO mercy. Eliminate all Nod 
  39. forces.  Also, try to keep watch over the Civilians.
